One of the fake real estate groups I created was called Vegas Family Homes. The email's focus is providing people who are interested in living in Las Vegas but are having second thoughts because, after all, it's Vegas.
They're thinking, "Should I even consider buying a home over there? I mean, I've got a family and who the bleep knows what I can do with my family over there."
The email includes info on fun family-friendly locations in Las Vegas.
It's got a lot of personality and in the end there's a CTA for contacting Vegas Family Homes.
