Revalue is a groundbreaking AI-powered platform designed to streamline the Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) process for real estate professionals. As the UI designer for Revalue, I played a pivotal role in creating an intuitive and efficient user experience that empowers agents to search for comps, calculate adjustments, and validate prices with ease.

Problem Statement:

Traditional CMAs are often time-consuming and prone to inaccuracies due to manual processes and limited data availability. Real estate agents needed a solution that could leverage advanced technology to simplify the valuation process and provide more accurate results.

Solution:

Drawing on extensive research and user feedback, I collaborated with the development team to design a user-friendly interface that leverages Revalue's AI technology to revolutionize real estate valuation. The solution consists of three key components:

1. Search For Comps: I designed a search interface allowing agents to access a vast database of comparable sales quickly. Leveraging Revalue's AI algorithms, agents can easily filter and rank comps based on relevancy, ensuring they find the most suitable properties for valuation.

2. Calculate Adjustments: To simplify the adjustment process, I created an intuitive tool that enables agents to adjust for factors like condition and location effortlessly. The interface dynamically updates the comparable sales-adjusted price in real time, providing agents with accurate valuations.

3. Validate Price: I designed comprehensive report templates that summarize the valuation process and present the findings clearly and compellingly. Agents can easily generate Revalue reports to share with clients, providing them with the data needed to support their estimates and justify fair market values.
