bOnline is a VoIP service and app for businesses. It enables flexible, cost-saving, feature-rich calls over the internet.
Project Summary
Design a mobile application that enables users to view a list of calls, make calls from a dial pad, and place phone calls from within the app.
The Goal
A small business in the UK that utilises bOnline's VoIP service should be able to make calls from dial pad, view list of calls, and make calls from the app.
Understanding the user
Jamie wants to be able to easily access the dial pad and contact list, and to quickly make calls with just a few taps.
Jamie needs a mobile application that allows him to make and receive calls from anywhere, without being tied to a desk or landline.
Jamie needs a mobile application that provides easy access to call details, including the time and duration of calls.
Jamie wants a mobile application that provides strong encryption and security features, such as two-factor authentication, to ensure that his business communications remain private and confidential.

User Tasks
User tasks will help me identify what tasks will the user perform in-order for them to reach their goal.
Make a phone call

User Stories
User stories helps me to keep focused on the user, their motivations, and what they want to achieve.
As Jamie, I want to be able to quickly make a phone call to a client or customer from my mobile device, so that I can stay connected and manage my business communications from anywhere.
As Jamie, I want to be able to effectively manage my call history from my mobile device, so that I can stay on top of my business communications and never miss an important call or message.
App Requirements
Now that we understand Jamie’s goals, the app should be:
Efficient
The mobile application should be intuitive and user-friendly.
Should have clear and simple navigation that allows him to quickly perform tasks such as making a phone call or checking his call history.
Reliable
The app should have a high level of call quality.
The app should have minimal dropped calls or other technical issues.
