Estúdio KA'A partnered with myTapp, a Brazilian beertech company developing smart draft systems and data platforms for bars, events, and hospitality operations. The project aimed to clarify the product ecosystem and translate complex technology into a clear and compelling digital experience.

My role focused on strategy, leading UX research to uncover user needs, operational contexts, and key value drivers. These insights informed the product narrative and the structure of the brand’s new website, w:here I led the UX writing, crafting the messaging and content architecture to communicate myTapp’s solutions with clarity, precision, and strategic focus.
