A small service company provided a walkthrough of their services and processes. I've been working with them to improve and automated their lead generation and sales funnel and provide standardized reporting and KPIs. I've also focused on integrating AI into their workflow to simplify their quote/estimate process.

The resulting reporting will help standardize their financial process and provide KPIs such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, net promoter score, etc.
