Vanity

This project is a packaging design for Vanity, a cosmetic brand I came up with. The goal of this project is to make an aesthetic packaging style for lipstick, blush and compact mirror.

The Results

A minimal lined lotus flower is used across the project; I specifically chose a lotus flower because it symbolizes beauty which resonates with the word "vanity". The background color is a dark purplish blue which makes the holographic colors stand out. For the lipstick tube, the lotus flower is in red which reflects the color of the lipstick. I added outlines of the lotus flower on the powder blush packaging and the pink color reflects the color of the blush. The holographic circles on the compact mirror reflects the shape of the mirror.
