During my involvement in this project, it underwent a remarkable transformation. It evolved from an idea of simple notice board for free runs into a full-fledged platform for organizing and participating in various types of running events. Additionally, we introduced the capability to host paid runs, providing an opportunity for event organizers to generate revenue.

Language: Multilingual. The platform is multilingual, ensuring that the designs are seamlessly adapted to accommodate various languages.

Diverse User Roles: The platform now caters to two primary user roles: organizers and runners. Organizers can seamlessly create and manage events, while runners can easily discover and participate in their preferred runs.

Enhanced Security Measures: To ensure the safety and integrity of paid runs, we implemented a robust verification process for all organizers. This step, overseen by the administration, helps prevent fraudulent activities and ensures the security of the participating runners.

Gamification Elements: We added gamification elements to enhance user engagement. Runners earn badges on their profiles as they achieve milestones, such as covering specific distances or participating in a certain number of runs.

Virtual Runs: To provide even more flexibility, we introduced the concept of virtual runs. Runners can now participate in races at any location and time that suits them. To facilitate this, we developed a dedicated Everyrun app with run tracking capabilities. Runners can track their progress using the app, making virtual runs a key feature of the platform.

About Everyrun: Everyrun is a C2C platform that connects runners and race organizers who seek to run together in unique and creative locations. It simplifies the hosting, monetization, and participation in running events. These events focus on rewarding participation rather than competition. Founded by Alona Lashchenko, a passionate runner and experienced marketer, and Ian Bearder, a successful British entrepreneur. Their collaboration began with Runday, a community of over 7000 runners and 30+ race organizers in Ukraine.

Mission and Vision: Everyrun's mission is to create a world where everyone can connect, run, and stay fit together, regardless of their location or physical ability. The platform empowers runners, organizers, and entrepreneurs to improve their communities through technology.

This project's success is a testament to its growth from a simple concept to a multifaceted platform. It now provides valuable opportunities for both event organizers and passionate runners within a secure and engaging environment.
