Swap is lead by a great group of designers whom carved their own branding within the commerce space with their hand drawn designs relating to a more personal relationship with customers.

I came into this project to do some designing but overall recalibrating the IA in each website page as well as owning their website which was built on webflow.

This website had major accessibility issues as well as a limited naming logic which created issues with their ever-growing style. While taking the time to better understand their product and user base, I lead the product decisions within the site layout as well as provide insights on the ramifications of decisions made to minimize user issues and provide product clarity.
