Coordinated with various stakeholders, including the Corporate Communications team, external production company, and internal departments.
Managed the filming schedule and ensured all logistical aspects were handled efficiently.
Managed the entire production lifecycle, from location scouting to casting, approvals, and final delivery.
Content Development:
Drafted the communication plan for the film, including email communications and promotional materials.
Collaborated with colleagues to gather input and refine the messaging for the film.
Sculpted the film's narrative, ensuring technical accuracy and engaging storytelling.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engaged with key stakeholders, including senior management and team members, to ensure alignment on the project's objectives and deliverables.
Provided regular updates on the project's progress and addressed any challenges.
Impact:
Delivered a polished, impactful film that highlighted Infineum's commitment to excellence and technological advancement.
Streamlined a complex production process, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Achieved 90 views and 2.3 watch time hours on YouTube within the first three weeks, demonstrating strong audience interest in Infineum's innovative technologies.
Generated 4,573 LinkedIn impressions and 581 engagements, showcasing the film's reach within the professional community.
Led to a 1.2% increase in subscribers on YouTube, indicating the film's effectiveness in driving online engagement.
