AI agent pipeline with explicit states and failure handling

An end-to-end pipeline of 5 specialized agents run through deterministic state machines, with 13+ workflow states. Every workflow has explicit states, transitions and failure modes, so nothing runs without a defined path and each run is observable and reproducible. It uses retries and idempotency for safe concurrent runs, and an MCP server for agent communication.
