Freight platform with role-based access to replace spreadsheets

A freight logistics company ran its operations across spreadsheets, phone calls and disconnected tools and needed one platform with role-based access. I built it for dispatchers, carriers, shippers, brokers and admins, each with their own permissions, with load management and status tracking, carrier assignment, document storage and automatic notifications, running in containers.
