The Problem
Prop trading firms need to make evaluation rules — drawdown limits, profit targets, daily loss ceilings — legible to traders who are focused on execution, not admin. Most platforms were either overwhelming (too many metrics surfaced at once) or too sparse (traders only discovered they'd failed a rule after the fact). GoPropFirm needed a dashboard where discipline metrics and challenge progress were immediately scannable, before a trade was placed.

The Solution
I built the full trading challenge platform from Figma to deployment:
Challenge Dashboard — the three numbers that matter (current drawdown, profit target progress, daily loss status) are the first thing a trader sees on login
Evaluation Progress — challenge phases visualised as a clear progress arc, so traders always know where they stand
Funded Account Management — a frictionless transition from evaluation to live trading
Payment Flow — Stripe-integrated challenge purchases and payout management
