PitchArk AI is a platform that streamlines the creation of legal pitches, proposals, and RFP responses for law firms. It leverages AI to centralize firm content, automate repetitive tasks, and help legal teams deliver polished, customized materials efficiently. The platform supports everything from pitch drafting to content sourcing — all in one organized space.

I led the end-to-end UX and UI design for PitchArk AI’s web application. My focus was to create a scalable, intuitive workspace tailored to the workflows of legal professionals. From user journey mapping to visual design, I crafted a clean, content-first interface that simplifies complex content repositories, accelerates pitch development, and improves team collaboration.

The final designs balances functionality with clarity — showcasing recent activities, pitch progress, and user-specific content like biographies and templates. Navigation is streamlined, and users can access drafts, pitch libraries, and other key modules with ease. The result is a seamless, professional interface that elevates productivity for legal teams working on high-stakes client deliverables.
