Endered, known as Ticket in Brazil, aimed to reposition itself on social media and gain market share, as its competitors were building strong connections with the young audience. To achieve this goal, I created a brand strategy targeting millennials and Generation X, using pop culture references and establishing a presence on Twitter to establish a closer relationship with this target audience. In less than 6 months, the results impressed the client.
