Destiny’s Pops case study – Palm & Palma Design Studio

Lisa Juarez

Overview

Destiny's Pops is a black and woman-owned online bakery based in Maryland. They have been in business since 2009 while Destiny was a teenager. Ever since, she has been featured in newscasts such as CBS, the Harry Show, Good Morning show, and more!
⭐ Client Goals
Destiny came to us to help create an elevated experience for her customers. After 12+ years in business, it was time to revamp her outdated brand into a more professional and consistent brand experience. She wanted her brand to reflect the professionalism and quality of her products to attract more customers and partners. We redesigned everything from the logo to the packaging architecture and a custom website. Now, Destiny can create more consistent and professional content that will last for years to come.
🎁 Project Results
After rebranding everything from her logo, packaging suite, and eCommerce website, Destiny now has a modern and elevated brand identity that her customers rave about. We were able to build a system online to make it easy to partner with wholesale orders. We even included a new virtual rewards program that her loyal customers can become a part of. Destiny has now attended multiple market POPUPs, received custom orders, and launched her first Give-A-Cake Program. In addition to that, we also created the packaging architecture that gives her the flexibility to add new flavors to her suite of confectionery products.
