Developed an interactive Employee Attendance

Developed an interactive Employee Attendance Dashboard in Power BI to monitor workforce attendance and analyze employee performance. The dashboard provides a calendar-based attendance view with daily status indicators, employee-wise attendance summaries, and key performance indicators such as total attendance, working days, attendance percentage, and monthly statistics. Interactive filters and dynamic visuals enable users to track attendance trends efficiently and support data-driven HR decisions. This project demonstrates expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard design to create intuitive and insightful business reports.
