Opensignal’s platform needed a user-friendly redesign to handle millions of data points and present them as actionable insights. The existing interface was overwhelming and lacked clear navigation, making it difficult for users to compare telecom providers or regions effectively.

Furthermore, the absence of a scalable design framework made maintaining consistency and implementing updates challenging. Collaborating with Opensignal’s developers, product delivery specialists, and data scientists, we set out to create a modern, intuitive, and scalable solution.

We restructured the platform’s navigation, creating intuitive user flows that streamlined access to insights. Dynamic data visualizations, including interactive charts and comparative dashboards, simplified the interpretation of complex datasets. By prioritizing comparison tools, we ensured stakeholders could evaluate providers and regions with ease.

A custom design system was implemented to maintain consistency and scalability across the platform, unifying visual and functional elements. We extended the platform to a responsive mobile app, enabling users to access insights on-the-go. Throughout the process, high-fidelity prototypes allowed us to refine interactions and align the design with Opensignal’s goals. We also provided strategic consultation on integrating advanced features like real-time alerts and automated reporting.
