MastersBuddy is a study-abroad consultancy helping students navigate their journey toward higher education overseas.

The team wanted to move away from scattered Google Sheets and multiple third-party tools and bring their operations, student data, and services into one custom platform.

The Admin Dashboard was built for the internal MastersBuddy team to manage students, leads, follow-ups, and day-to-day operations from one place.

The dashboard brings together calendars, student allocations, lead stages, filters, notes, academic information, conversion status, calls, messages, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp activity.

Each student record works as a central source of truth, giving the team the context they need before every follow-up or sales conversation.

Communication templates were also built into the system so teams could create and manage consistent messages across different channels without repeatedly starting from scratch.

The Partner Dashboard is the free student experience, designed to help users explore MastersBuddy before committing to a paid consultation.

The experience was designed to provide enough value upfront while naturally helping interested students move toward a consultation with the MastersBuddy team.

Students can complete their profile, explore IELTS resources, discover and save universities, access study-abroad guides, track referrals, and book a free strategy call.

The Pro Dashboard is the paid experience for students who move forward with a consultation.

It gives students and the internal team a structured place to manage documents, application data, analysis sheets, SOPs, LORs, CVs, certificates, IELTS records, and other important information throughout their journey.

We also integrated interview preparation through video-based KIRA and personal interview preparation, giving students guided resources within the same platform.

The result was a custom CRM ecosystem built around the actual MastersBuddy workflow instead of forcing the team to adapt to generic third-party software.

By connecting lead management, student engagement, consultation, operations, and student support in one system, the product gave the team greater control over their data and a more organized way to manage the entire student journey.
