The client needed a digital loyalty platform that could turn everyday shopping into a more engaging experience while giving mall marketing teams better tools to run campaigns and understand customer behaviour.

The goal was to move beyond traditional promotions and create a system where shopping, rewards, games, and campaigns worked together.
The experience needed to be simple for customers while giving marketing teams control over campaigns, rewards, and performance.
The Challenge
The platform needed to solve three key problems:
Encourage customers to return more often
Make rewards immediate and easy to redeem
Help marketing teams launch campaigns across stores quickly
The bigger goal was to increase retention without relying heavily on additional advertising spend.

The platform included a dedicated campaign dashboard where marketing teams could create and schedule mall-wide promotions without relying on technical teams.

Built for Scale
The platform was developed with React Native to support both iOS and Android while keeping the product efficient to build and maintain.
The reward engine was connected with POS systems to support real-time reward tracking and redemption.
Referral + Points Reward
Outcome
The final product turned a complex loyalty system into a simple, engaging mobile experience. The visual system, gamified interactions, and streamlined reward flows made the app easier to explore, use, and return to.
