1. Unified Dashboard Single interface consolidating bookings, maintenance, financials, and guest communication—no more jumping between 6 different tools.

Smart Guest Communication: AI handles 80% of routine inquiries (check-in instructions, amenity questions, local recommendations)
Predictive Maintenance: Pattern recognition flags potential issues before they become emergencies
Dynamic Pricing Suggestions: AI analyzes market conditions, competitor rates, and historical data
3. Role-Adaptive Interface Different views for different needs:
Property owners see ROI metrics and occupancy trends
On-site staff see today's check-ins/check-outs and urgent tasks

Klarq remains a validated concept with strong market demand. The codebase is production-ready for reactivation or partnership opportunities.
