The Imagination in Action - AI Summit 2024 was held at the MIT Media Lab in April 2024, bringing developers, investors, innovators, and academics together to explore the business impact of artificial intelligence.

To ensure clarity and engagement, I developed a structured visual system for different types of sessions:

Panel & Interviews: Designed with a black theme to reflect a formal and structured tone. These slides included speaker profiles, panel details, and clear time slots to ensure seamless transitions between discussions.

Demo/Spotlight Sessions: Featured a bold yellow theme to create a sense of excitement and highlight fast-paced, dynamic presentations. These slides emphasized speaker names, company logos, and timing for clarity.

Keynotes & Special Sessions: Maintained a minimal design to focus on speaker profiles and essential details, ensuring presenters could connect directly with the audience.

As the event approached, there were frequent changes to speaker schedules and content. Adapting quickly while maintaining design consistency across 30+ decks was a key challenge. Thanks to clear communication with the team, we managed to stay on track.

On the day of the summit, seeing the decks in action during presentations was rewarding. The Speaker Info Decks played a crucial role in helping presenters deliver their insights effectively.
