You Are Privileged: How To Appreciate Your Privileges

We often take for granted the things we have in life, such as food, shelter, clothing, family, friendship, and so on. We may complain about our problems, compare ourselves to others, or wish for more than we need. But we forget that there are millions of people in the world who would do anything to have even a fraction of what we have.

Do something nice for someone else without expecting anything in return. It can be as simple as giving a compliment, holding a door open, paying for someone’s coffee, or sending a thank-you note. You never know how much your gesture can brighten someone’s day.
