Description

Designed a mobile application (called Hrvst) where customers can buy fresh agriculture produce at affordable prices and have them delivered to their desired locations.

Market analysis (Analysis of UberEats, DoorDash, InstaCart)

Since Hrvst was the first of its kind in Zambia, we did not have any competitors within the country. We decided to look at applications operating in the ecommerce space to evaluate their strengths and identify best practices that could be applied to our own app.

Impact

This effort resulted in a remarkable 110.16% revenue growth and an impressive 108.47% increase in GMV during Q2-2023, just nine months after the marketplace’s debut in 2022.
