DELUXE TAXI is an on-demand taxi app designed to give users the freedom to book affordable luxury rides instantly. Developed as a Careem alternative and a refined Uber clone, this project reimagines what a premium ride app can be making it accessible to everyone, not just high-end passengers.

With a seamless interface, live tracking, and verified drivers, The App combines the best features of Yango, Lyft, and Uber, positioning itself as a modern, reliable, and secure rides app for commuters across all lifestyles.

To craft a taxi app that delivers on-demand comfort without compromising on safety, transparency, or design enabling users to book cars instantly, share live locations, and enjoy a ride experience trusted by all.

🔸 User & Driver-Centric Approach

Understanding the real-world needs of both passengers and drivers was crucial. We conducted interviews with Yango drivers, uncovering consistent frustration with the map interface especially around clarity and navigation accuracy. Based on this feedback, the map system was redesigned to offer better contrast, iconography, and route flow.

This approach not only optimized UX for drivers but directly enhanced the user journey as well addressing a major gap in existing ride-hailing apps in Pakistan and beyond.
