Laguna Widget — a widget that lets you send photos to your friends' Home Screen and displays photos from your friends.
🛠️ What was done?
Developed a brand identity and mobile app designs for both iOS and Android. Collaborated with the team to identify and test multiple hypotheses, which later served as a trigger for the product's audience growth.
During the project, we successfully reduced the cost per install by enhancing the product's virality, increased user engagement, and created a unique customer experience that sets the product apart from competitors.
