PROVE, which stands for Professional Registry Of Verified Employees, operates as an Open Value Network designed to assess the

Identity and Reputation of users who are current employees of various companies.

The overarching goal of PROVE is to establish itself as a distributed platform, dedicated to thoroughly vetting individual credentials.

This approach aims to foster global circular migration of talent.

Assessing the Identity and Reputation of talent from a distant continent entails significant costs, time investment, and logistical challenges. Prove serves as a global Professional Registry, ensuring the pre-verification of talents.

The objective is to design a product and streamline the user experience by applying a design perspective to the intricate challenges of measuring user Identity & Reputation, thereby facilitating the circular migration of talent. To achieve this goal, I conducted interviews with 23 individuals worldwide and surveyed 59 respondents. The gathered information is organized in a structured manner to inform the design of both the brand and the product.

Upon receiving a concise Problem Statement, my thought process unfolds within the framework of three overarching schemes: the Global Labour Landscape, Circular Migration Landscape, and Peer-to-Peer Collaboration Framework. The synthesis of these elements gives rise to PROVE, which stands for Professional Registry Of Verified Employees.
