How Brandtribal crafted a website to connect, engage, and empower the Respect Connect community.

Respect Connect, a dedicated NDIS service provider, needed a dynamic website to enhance accessibility and improve engagement for its clients. This project aimed to build a user-focused digital platform, simplifying event management and client communications while aligning closely with Respect Connect’s mission to empower its community. The new website was crafted to be intuitive, informative, and engaging, enhancing Respect Connect’s ability to serve their clients more effectively.

Respect Connect’s primary goals for this project were clear:

Responsive Design & CMS: Build a responsive, CMS-powered site that allows easy updates for events, categories, and testimonials.

Event & Testimonial Management: Integrate features to support Respect Connect’s event-driven offerings, enabling clients to access current information and testimonials.

Brand Messaging Integration: Create a cohesive brand message that speaks directly to the NDIS community, fostering trust and connection.

Strategy Development The project began with brand strategy workshops to clarify Respect Connect’s positioning and client messaging. This strategy served as the foundation for the website’s copy, tone, and structure, ensuring each element aligned with the organisation’s values.

Design & Tools I developed wireframes in Relume and crafted the visual design in Figma to capture Respect Connect’s welcoming and inclusive feel. The final site was built on Webflow, integrating a CMS to allow dynamic management of categories, events, and testimonials. This CMS setup empowers Respect Connect’s team to add and edit content independently, ensuring the site stays current.

User-Centered Focus Every design choice was made with Respect Connect’s clients in mind. The website is accessible, intuitive, and visually engaging, making it easy for clients to navigate and interact with the information they need.

The Respect Connect website now offers a powerful platform for engaging with clients and showcasing upcoming events, making it simple for clients to stay connected and informed. Feedback has been positive, with clients appreciating the streamlined design and user-friendly event updates.
