As a social media manager, I was responsible for developing and implementing the entire social media strategy for the launch of Petty Cash Social House, a new restaurant brand in Toronto, Ontario.
This involved creating a brand deck that reflected the company's colors and inspirations and developing a content calendar that aligned with marketing initiatives. I managed the Google Business account, Facebook business page, and Twitter profile, responding to reviews, updating information, and sending regular email newsletters.
Additionally, I monitored marketing analytics and metric data to measure engagement, reach, optimization, viewership, PPC campaigns, and ROI, making data-driven decisions to improve social media performance.
My strong organization skills ensured that all marketing initiatives were planned efficiently and executed effectively. As a result, Petty Cash Social House gained a strong social media presence and attracted a loyal customer base.
