Princess & a Redneck: E-Commerce Redesign

The Challenge

Princess and a Redneck is a custom workwear and promotional products shop based in Elko, Nevada. They sell everything from uniforms and company swag to custom gifts and print-ready apparel. Their existing WordPress site was outdated, difficult to navigate, and wasn't doing justice to their product range. They needed a full redesign that could handle a complex WooCommerce catalog with multiple product variants while still feeling fun and on-brand.

My Approach

I rebuilt the site end-to-end on WordPress using Elementor and WooCommerce, focusing on three priorities: visual impact, product discoverability, and a smooth checkout experience.
Key elements of the build:
Bold, playful homepage design with animated elements and a strong hero section that immediately communicates "not your average workwear shop"
WooCommerce product architecture supporting multiple variants per product (sizes, colors, materials) with quick-view functionality and wishlist integration
Organized product categories including trending items, company swag collections, and custom gear sections so buyers can browse by intent
Testimonial and blog sections to build trust and drive organic traffic through content like "How Elko's Princess And A Redneck Turns Safety Gear Into Something Workers Actually Want to Wear"
Fully responsive layout that works cleanly on mobile, where most of their customers browse

The Result

The redesigned site transforms Princess and a Redneck's digital storefront into a modern e-commerce experience that matches their personality. Customers can browse trending products, filter by variant, add to wishlists, and check out seamlessly. The blog integration gives them a content engine for SEO, and the overall design positions them as a premium custom shop rather than a generic workwear supplier.
