Menace Voice is a platform for designing, testing, and deploying production voice AI agents.

Voice-agent configuration can quickly become opaque: call logic, tool connections, knowledge, testing, and human escalation all need to work together without hiding the underlying workflow.

I designed and built a clear, guided workflow that moves from an agent’s role and opening script into a visual call flow. Teams can define greetings, instructions, conditional transitions, tools, and outcomes in one place, then connect the systems an agent needs to use.

The product makes it possible to:

Configure call flows, questions, transitions, and handoff conditions

Connect APIs, MCP tools, and knowledge sources
