JobSolv is an AI-driven web app that helps professionals find and apply for remote jobs faster. It combines a curated job board, AI resume tailoring, and automated job applications into one seamless platform.

I led the UX audit and redesign of the platform, conducting research, defining a new visual direction, and building a consistent Figma design system. I redesigned key pages, added new features, and delivered full mobile adaptation. To strengthen engagement, I also introduced gamification elements that make the experience more dynamic and distinctive within the job search space.

The subscription flow helps users upgrade fast and with confidence. The layout keeps choices simple - a clean plan comparison, clear pricing, and trust elements like Stripe checkout and “cancel anytime.”

After purchase, the success page celebrates the upgrade with a short animation and a direct next step. It keeps users engaged and quickly brings them back into the product to start applying with their new plan.

The entry guide introduces new users to Jobsolv’s main value in just a few steps. Each card highlights a key benefit: exploring curated jobs, building a strong profile, and setting auto-apply preferences.

By showing tangible outcomes early, it helps users understand the platform’s power and encourages them to complete setup - turning first-time visitors into active jobseekers.

The onboarding flow turns setup into progress. Each completed step rewards users with credits or bonuses, creating an immediate sense of achievement. Confetti animations and reward cards reinforce motivation and make early interactions feel engaging rather than task-driven.

This approach helps new users quickly explore Jobsolv’s value: earning credits, unlocking discounts, and experiencing the core features early. The design builds positive momentum and increases return likelihood by connecting progress with tangible rewards.

The job board uses a kanban-style layout to help users manage their job search visually - from saved roles to applications in progress.

Filters, status tags, and auto-apply indicators make navigation simple while keeping users focused on progress. The structure mirrors productivity tools like Trello, giving users a familiar, efficient workflow that motivates consistent engagement and daily return.

The project was organized in modular user flows - from onboarding and subscription steps to job management views. Each section is clearly mapped to reflect user journeys and dependencies, allowing fast iteration and consistent design updates.

This structure ensured clarity and collaboration between design and development, helping maintain visual consistency and making the project easy to scale as new features were added.
