In this role, I coordinated e-learning projects for an LMS administrator creating online courses for government agencies.

A typical project consisted of:

A kick-off meeting to align on timelines and deliverables

Securing materials and approval from clients

Providing contractors (developers, designers, curriculum writers, etc.) with the necessary information for them to complete milestones

Managing the feedback process

Supervising QA

Getting final signoff on launched projects

In addition to project management, in this role, I created content (primarily blogs and emails) for learning administrators and directors. I also worked side to side with the CEO to optimize campaigns and launch new marketing initiatives to increase visibility.
