SecureSimpli: Media Sharing SaaS Launch
The Overview
SecureSimpli is a new tool for sharing sensitive media. I worked in a collaborative environment to design their "0 to 1" product website, transforming a complex security tool into a clean, professional, and launch-ready platform.
The Goal
The primary objective was to establish a high-trust digital identity for SecureSimpli’s product launch. I aimed to bridge the gap between technical document security and user-centric design
Secure Onboarding Flow: A high-fidelity look at the SecureSimpli upload interface, featuring categorized document management and interactive progress indicators to drive user conversion.
My Collaborative Process
Engineering Partnership: Acted as the bridge between product vision and technical execution, holding regular syncs with the development team to ensure design feasibility for the custom build.
Component-Driven Design: Developed a modular system in Figma that mirrored the developers’ coding structure, allowing for a faster, more accurate translation from design to live product.
Bridging Security and Simplicity: To balance complex encryption with user ease, I designed a categorized onboarding flow that guides users through essential document organization. By implementing intuitive subfolder logic and interactive progress tracking, we ensured a 'zero-friction' experience for managing sensitive media.
Iterative Problem Solving: Collaborated on refining complex user flows (like secure media uploading), ensuring the interface remained clean and professional without sacrificing the tool's powerful security features.
Hero Section Prototyping: Built an interactive, high-fidelity prototype of the hero section to define the "first-touch" experience. This allowed the team to test the clarity of the value proposition and the fluid transitions of the media-sharing interface before moving into code.
Created this functional blueprint to align the client and developers on the hero section's visual rhythm before starting the custom build.
This sequence illustrates a specific segment of the authentication process, focusing on the mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) flow.
The Results
Successful Launch: Delivered a complete design system that powered the product's market debut.
