The Martian Chronicles — Ray Bradbury

· Book cover design

Analog collage meets digital layout in a full dust-jacket spread with flaps and a detachable bookmark. The central image is an original analog collage built from my signature organic shapes. I hand-cut and glued the fragments, scanned them in high resolution, refined edges, balanced color, and composed the final layout. The face reads as both human and Martian, a mask assembled from motifs of arrival on Mars.
The work is presented as a full cover using a dust-jacket layout so the entire spread is visible at once. The jacket has inner flaps used for an opening excerpt and a short author bio. Inside the front flap there is a perforated strip that becomes a detachable bookmark. Typography pairs character with clarity: Perandory sets the author’s name and headings for a classic editorial tone, while Poppins carries body copy, captions, and small text for clean, comfortable reading.
