Challenge
To develop its products, the company collaborated with the technical, customer support, and marketing teams to design three software dashboards - Customer Dashboard, Customer Manager Dashboard, and Technical Support Dashboard - with a focus on key features.
The dashboards are built using TypeScript, React, Storybook, Vite, and Sentry. The features include floor plan planning for creating and managing device installations. Metrics dashboard for key usage metrics, management for device settings, user permissions, and network management.
