A blog series highlighting the engineering talent at a web3 organization called thirdweb3.

The blog was built to bring awareness to the company's hiring efforts, shedding life on a day in the life of their most prominent tech talent.

I created the concept, interviewed multiple team members and wrote each blog post. I had a co-editor who is the VP of Operations at the organization.

The result was an astonishing amount of applications (over 1K) to their open roles on the thirdweb careers page.
