📌 Project Type: Kajabi Course & Launch Support

📝 Project Description: Steffi and her team needed support building their course ecoystem in Kajabi, which included a free masterclass funnel, early bird launch, and course and community set up. ⚙️ What I Did:

We kicked things off with a strategy session. I reviewed Steff’s goals and then we collaborated on a call to map out her full site structure and messaging flow.

Together, we planned:

An early bird launch strategy

A free masterclass funnel

Sales page strategies

I provided copywriting templates and page frameworks, and reviewed her drafts with feedback and polish to keep things on-brand and conversion-focused.

Phase 2: Funnel Creation With a strong visual direction, we started designing the home page to match the brands aesthetic.

Phase 3: Refinement & Optimization After all pages were live, we completed two rounds of revisions to fine-tune details, optimize for mobile, connect automations, and add SEO (page titles and meta descriptions).

Phase 4: Final Testing Before launch, both my team and Steffi tested the site across devices to ensure everything worked smoothly and was ready for promotion.

✅ Outcome: Steffi's program is live and selling and has over 200 people ready to attend the program. We're wrapping up the program details now and will get every access and ready to learn.
