Development of "Agente Portal Inmobiliario"– API Web Application

Designed and developed the "Agente Portal Inmobiliario", a web application tailored for real estate agents (API). This application enables agents to efficiently manage their property portfolios, create actionable checklists, and log incidents. The platform integrates with Servihabitat’s SAP system, providing seamless data consumption across departments and enhancing internal workflows.

Engineered a modular architecture for the platform to allow flexibility and scalability.

Implemented features like property checklists and incident reporting with user-centric designs.

Established bi-directional data integration with SAP systems to share property, agent, and incident data.

Ensured compatibility with Servihabitat’s existing infrastructure and processes.

Automated the deployment pipeline using AWS CI/CD tools to facilitate rapid updates and minimize downtime (AWS Codecommit, Codepipeline, Codebuild, ArgoCD and Kubernettes with Helm Charts).

Configured infrastructure-as-code for consistent environment setups across development, staging and production.

Conducted performance testing and optimization to ensure smooth operation during peak loads.

Devised and implemented monitoring tools to maintain application health and manage potential issues proactively.
