I joined Sweetspot (via. Proxify),— Full service online solution for Golf Clubs, Simulators, Driving Ranges, and Academies — in 2021 as Senior Product designer.

The primary objective was to refresh UX and UI for existing B2B Saas application for club admin, improve player’s booking experience using mobile phone and web booking platform, standardise design and documentation.

I used my experience to set up design process, created design system adopting the principles of Atomic Design and mentored Junior designer.

I revitalized the UX and UI design documentation and improved communication processes, creating a well-structured platform environment with clear design guidelines.

Conducted an audit of design components and reorganized them into a cohesive design system, reinforcing a consistent visual language that aligns with the brand.

By fostering collaboration across teams and enhancing design communication, we achieved a 3x increase in club revenue within a short period, driven by continuous UX improvements and a more streamlined membership purchase experience for players.
