Construction work is a strong area for me, recently staffing a major 20+ salaried construction professionals to rebuild typhoon-damaged Andersen Airforce base in Guam and also had a long-term relationship with one of California's largest large-project GC, Webcor Builders (where we served as their entire recruiting department). Cost per hire consistently under or around $1,500 and Guam project of 20+ salaried staff members filled within 90 days, reporting directly to Austability President, David Khandan.
