The founders and I had a meeting to come up with ideas for making our app stand out from others. To get a better understanding of what users might be looking for, we conducted some market research to determine if there was even a need for another scheduling app. With the information we gathered, we created user personas and identified their challenges to help guide our thinking. After considering all the data, we decided that offering a wide range of integrations and having a fun, youthful user interface would be the key to success.
