Overview
This project focuses on creating a Car Dealership Assistant Chatbot to enhance the user experience by providing an easy way for customers to explore different vehicle models, schedule test drives, and get information about financing options.
Problem Statement
Car dealerships often struggle with efficiently managing customer inquiries and providing timely information about vehicle models, test drives, and financing options. Customers face challenges in getting quick answers, which can lead to frustration and lost sales opportunities.
Design Process
User Research:
Conducted interviews and surveys with car buyers to understand their needs and pain points.
Analyzed competitor chatbots to identify gaps and best practices.
Persona Development:
Created personas representing typical car buyers, including their goals, motivations, and challenges.
Conversation Flow Design:
Mapped out key interactions, including vehicle exploration, test drive scheduling, and financing inquiries.
Designed conversational flows ensuring a natural and engaging user experience.
Bot Identity and Persona:
Defined the chatbot's identity as "AutoBuddy," a friendly and knowledgeable assistant.
Crafted a persona that is helpful, approachable, and professional.
Prototyping and Testing:
Developed a prototype using Voiceflow.
Conducted usability testing with potential customers and iterated based on feedback.
Implementation:
Integrated the chatbot with the dealership's website and CRM system.
Ensured the chatbot could handle common queries and escalate complex issues to human agents.

Conclusion
