When you work on web banners, you usually face tons of formats, last-minute deadlines, and almost no time to think. That’s why I created a system to handle massive adaptations fast, keeping quality consistent across platforms.
I first created the main animation for MUV, then produced 18 versions for different platforms—websites, social media, and all the sizes required for Google Display.
For Pulp, I produced 48 animations. They provided two designs, and in many cases, I had to adjust them to get approval, creating two initial animations before rolling out all versions. The sizes varied widely: some needed large, complex animations, others had strict file-size limits. I optimized each accordingly, ensuring they worked for everything from local news sites to Google Display.
