I, as a Product designer, crafted the website and comprehensive branding, including a UI kit that incorporates the logo, color scheme, and typography. This not only enhances the user experience and interface but also positions Viral Voice Studio as a leader in e-commerce video production, fostering customer acquisition and showcasing the talents of UGC creators.
Business Goals:
The CEO wanted to be the leader and reference in the creative market for video production in the e-commerce market.
A visually stunning and intuitive website;
Streamlining the user journey and providing clear calls-to-action boosted lead generation and conversion rates. Created a smooth and intuitive user journey from the main page to purchasing a subscription plan.
Developing a memorable brand identity through a distinctive logo, carefully selected color palette, and typography. The aim was to present the company as a leader and reference in the creative market for video production in the e-commerce sector.
User Experience Goals:
Redesigning the information architecture ensures users can easily navigate and find relevant information effortlessly.
Creating a dynamic portfolio section that effectively highlights diverse projects and showcases creative capabilities.

Design Process

01. Identifying the Problem - Emphasize stage

The initial challenge I faced was an unremarkable online presence for the creative agency.
The existing website did not effectively communicate with businesses that wanted to promote their services and products.
Ineffective User Journey: Users often struggle to find relevant information, hindering engagement and potentially leading to missed business opportunities.
Outdated User Interface: The existing website's user interface was outdated, lacking modern design elements and functionality. This not only diminished the overall aesthetic appeal but also contributed to a less intuitive and user-friendly browsing experience for visitors.

02. Extensive Research - Define stage

To tackle these issues, I conducted thorough user research, which involved interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis. Insights revealed that visitors were seeking a more visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
For instance, from the research, I found out that actors wanted to gain a deeper understanding of the creative process, while businesses desired a swift comprehension of the company's offered services, including details on timing, editing capabilities, and other pertinent factors.
From competitors’ analysis I noticed that most successful agencies ensure that key navigation elements are consistently visible, reducing the need for users to rely on memory.
So I designed a navigation system that remains visible across all pages, minimizing the need for users to remember where certain features are located, which will improve usability.

Furthermore, some competitors use innovative portfolio layouts, including grid views, filter options based on industries or project types, and dynamic categorization.
So, I designed the portfolio section, which involves creating a visually appealing grid view, implementing effective filters to categorize projects by industry or type, and enabling dynamic sorting options for an intuitive exploration of our work.

03. Solution Development - Ideate stage

As a result, the redesigned information architecture enhances the user experience by providing a more intuitive and streamlined navigation. The optimized user flows contribute to increased efficiency and user satisfaction, aligning the digital platform with user expectations and industry standards.

I developed a UI kit to showcase the brand identity, integrating the logo, color scheme, and typography consistently. This ensures a visually cohesive user interface, reinforcing the company's leadership in e-commerce video production.

04. Representation of Ideas - Wireframing and Prototyping

I created wireframes and prototypes, ensuring that the new design emphasized visual aesthetics while maintaining an intuitive navigation flow. I crafted a fully responsive design for mobile, tablets, and desktops.

05. Iterative Improvements - Test stage

To maintain and improve results, I continued to iterate on the design based on user feedback and ongoing analytics. Hotjar was implemented to gather insights directly from users, leading to continuous enhancements in the website's user experience.

06. Put the vision into effect - Designing

I delivered a detailed user interface design to developers, clearly explaining how it should work, including every flow, animation, and functionality.

Outcome

As a result of the redesign, the creative agency experienced a 25% increase in client inquiries within the first three months. The improved website not only effectively showcased our work but also positioned the agency as a leader in the creative industry, contributing to increased brand visibility and client engagement.
