DDA Scanner- Personal project

AI that continuously receives new messages from 500 Telegram groups, filters them, and sends me only those interested in purchasing real estate in 5 countries. Implemented a function to study recurring messages using hashing. It also has a function for loading templates and automatically sending them to these groups at a specified time. The messages themselves were stored in a special Telegram dialogue for quick access, and in the database-identifiers of these messages. Additionally, a website was developed in this project.
