Chat GPT-4 Access Plus- Personal project

A multilingual bot using the Chat GPT 4 API, in which you can set a style and additional information. The bot has a large, intuitive menu with a nested structure, with all convenient functions. It is available in 4 languages and has a scalable multilingual structure (it uses variables, value dictionaries for each language, and functions to get the user's language and download the corresponding dictionary). The bot supported international payments (including from Russia). It uses a custom user state management system for better navigation, which is stored in a PostgreSQL database (by default, SQLite is used).
