Objectives:

Ensure the colors and font goes with the concept.

Integrate adaptations and tour visuals to engage with fans during shows.

1. Project Planning:

Conduct initial meetings to understand client requirements and goals.

Define project timeline, milestones, and deliverables.

Identify key stakeholders and establish communication channels.

2. Design:

Create visual designs and animations, including color schemes, and imagery.

Review and approve designs.

3. Content Creation:

Gather and create content, images, and videos.

Optimize content for readability.

Review and approve content.

Pre-Production: This phase involves brainstorming and planning, which includes creating the concept, script, and storyboard. Locations, cast, crew, and equipment are also arranged during this stage.

Production: This is the actual filming phase, where all the planned scenes are shot. The director, crew, and talent work together on location to capture the required footage.

Post-Production: Editing the footage, adding special effects, color grading, and sound editing happen here. The final product is polished and prepared for release.

6. Launch:

Prepare for the upcoming concert by setting up format and file rendering configurations.

Monitor the video post-launch for any issues and make necessary management during the live performance.

7. Post-Launch Support:

Provide ongoing support for any adaptation of the concept art.

Implement any additional features or updates.

Deliverables:

Fully functional tour visuals with all agreed-upon features and content.

Roco's reference for the concept art: "Killer7" is a 2005 action-adventure game developed by Grasshopper Manufacture and published by Capcom. The game follows an elite group of assassins known as the Killer7, who are physical manifestations of an elderly man named Harman Smith. These assassins carry out missions on behalf of the U.S. government to combat a mysterious group called Heaven Smiles, led by the enigmatic Kun Lan.

As the Killer7 complete their missions, they uncover a deeper conspiracy involving Japan's role in U.S. politics and secrets about their own organization. The game features a unique on-rails control scheme and first-person shooter elements, with a complex noir plot that explores themes of war, religion, personal conflict, and politics.
