1. Project Planning:

Conduct initial meetings to understand client requirements and goals.

Define project timeline, milestones, and deliverables.

Identify key stakeholders and establish communication channels.

2. Design:

Create visual designs and animations, including color schemes, and imagery.

Review and approve designs.

3. Content Creation:

Gather and create content, images, and videos.

Optimize content for readability.

Review and approve content.

Pre-Production: This phase involves brainstorming and planning, which includes creating the concept, script, and storyboard. Locations, cast, crew, and equipment are also arranged during this stage.

Production: This is the actual filming phase, where all the planned scenes are shot. The director, crew, and talent work together on location to capture the required footage.

Post-Production: Editing the footage, adding special effects, color grading, and sound editing happen here. The final product is polished and prepared for release.

6. Launch:

Prepare for the upcoming concert by setting up format and file rendering configurations.
