Built a structured Google + Meta Ads system for a Dubai beauty platform that delivered high ROAS by fixing service-level logic and booking flow
Beauty ads in Dubai are unforgiving.
Competition is aggressive.
Services overlap.
And bookings collapse fast when ads carry more weight than the product experience.
This account did not chase bursts.
It built control.
The real problem before scale
Multiple services were being pushed together.
Bookings came in, but efficiency depended on constant monitoring.
That works for a while.

The goal here was not higher spend.
