Metabolite Changes in Dialysis Effluent by Modality

Master’s thesis project analyzing how metabolite concentrations in effluent dialysis fluid vary by hemodialysis modality. I collected and prepared the samples, processed mass spectrometry data using Skyline, and conducted in-depth analysis in Excel using normalization, cumulative values, linear regression, t-tests, and statistical significance testing. Results were visually presented for clarity and comparison.
